Maui Wedding Photography Packages

Planning a wedding in Maui or any of the other islands in Hawaii calls for photography coverage that fits the timeframe and priorities of your day. These collections are designed for everything from intimate elopements and short beach ceremonies to full-coverage wedding days at Maui resorts and private venues. Every package includes a consultation, high-resolution edited images, an online gallery, and printing rights. If you are unsure how many hours you need, I am happy to review your timeline and recommend coverage that allows time for family portraits, bride and groom photos, candid moments, details, and the ceremony and reception.

FAQ

HOW WILL THE PHOTOS BE DELIVERED AND WILL I HAVE PRINTING RIGHTS?

You will receive an online gallery with your images. You will be able to download the high-resolution edited photos and you will have printing rights. 

HOW MUCH COVERAGE DO I NEED?

This is a very personal choice. I believe in general, the more coverage the better to tell the story throughout your day. If you have multiple locations and you have a packed schedule with lots of events going on that you’d like covered, then 6-8 hours is great. If you are having everything in one location, a smaller group, and not too many parts of the day that you need covered (maybe no getting ready or no reception), then 2-4 hours would be adequate. I’m happy to hop on a phone call and discuss your schedule with you. 

DO YOU HAVE REQUIRED INSURANCE FOR MY VENUE?

I am fully insured. If your venue requires me to put them on as an additional insured, there is no problem, I would just need proper notice to ensure all of the documents are in order.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?

I love to tell the story so people can feel and remember their day through the images. What this means to me is capturing intimate moments, relaxed smiles, raw emotion, beautiful details, breathtaking scenery all while being as unobtrusive as possible. There are definitely times during the day where I take charge with the posing such as; beauty shots of the bride, couples portraits, and group photos. The rest of the day I love to capture the moments as they happen. I am open to hearing my client’s style. Some people prefer me to have a more relaxed and candid approach to their day, and others would like me to be more directive and prefer to have several posed shots throughout the day, from before the ceremony into the reception. I am fine to do either!

HOW DO I BOOK THE DATE?

If I am available for your date, and you are ready to confirm – GREAT! I can email over a contract and require a 25% retainer for wedding bookings (which is applied to the total package cost). The remaining balance is due a week before the wedding. If you are booking through a planner or hotel venue that I normally work with, payments generally go through them but I would still send you over a contract to confirm the date.
